Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

1. Please ensure that all tags are still attached to the product, as returns without tags cannot be accepted.
   
2. Repack the product as close as possible to how you received it.
   
3. To initiate the return process, log in at https://retouren.kophistudios.de and follow the instructions provided.
   
4. You will receive further information via email after completing the initial steps.
   
5. Once we have received, inspected, and processed your return, the refund will be issued within 10 days.

Please note that you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Do not send the package freight collect. Take care to avoid any damage or contamination of the items. Returns of clearly worn or washed products are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Kindly return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging materials.
